Please note that we do not have a public restaurant or day programs for visitors at Rancho De La Osa. Visitors who are not registered guests at the ranch are not permitted. If you are a registered guest of the ranch and would like to make arrangements to invite a visitor to share a meal with you, please contact the ranch office for availability and additional costs.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation simply either call 1-520-823-4257 or email osagal@aol.com to check availability and request a copy of our booking form, or click ONLINE RESERVATIONS and book online.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept traveler's checks, wire transfers, Visa and MasterCard and
personal checks 30 days prior to arrival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise quoted, a minimum deposit of $400 or a one night room deposit (whichever is greater) is required to hold your reservation. This deposit is applied to either the first or last night of your confirmed booking. Payment of your remaining balance is then due in full when you arrive and check-in at the ranch.
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of booking, a $50 cancellation handling fee is incurred.
If you cancel at least 90 days in advance of your due date of arrival, a cancellation handling fee equal to 50% of your deposit will be incurred. If you cancel within 90 days of your due date of arrival your entire deposit will be forfeited. Holiday deposits are 100% non refundable.
No credit will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Deposits are non transferable.
In paying your deposit and making a reservation, you agree to having
read, acknowledged and accepted the above terms and conditions.

Holiday deposits are quoted on a room by room basis and are based on
the number of people in your party and the number of rooms booked.
Holiday deposits are non refundable. If you cancel a holiday
booking your entire deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is
canceled at any time.
Payment is required in full 60 days prior to your date of arrival for all holiday bookings. Unless you advise otherwise, we will charge this payment to your credit card. Holiday booking payments are non refundable in the entirety.
In paying your deposit and making a reservation, you agree to having read, acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.

We have minimum stay requirements which vary by season and holidays, please call us on 1-800-872-6240 for further information.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for the loss of any deposit etc in the case of cancellation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm. If you arrive early, lunch is available at an additional charge.
Check-out is 11.00 am. If you arrange for a late check-out, lunch is available at an additional charge.
CELEBRATION PACKAGES
Anniversary Package
A lovely bouquet of flowers, a delightful scented candle, your choice of a bottle of wine or champagne and a box of decadent chocolate truffles will await you in your spacious Territorial Suite to celebrate your anniversary. You may choose a romantic, candlelit dinner for two or join our guests for dinner in the Grand Hacienda Dining Room. Our Anniversary Package also includes a private horseback ride for two with our wrangler or a guided hike for two in the High Sonoran Desert. 48 hour advance notice is required for this package.
Package: $600/1 Night or $1000 / 2 night stay plus tax and service.
~The Anniversary Package includes special items detailed above, lodging in a Territorial Suite, all meals, horseback riding, hiking, road biking, swimming/Jacuzzi, and scheduled ranch activities. Additional charges: alcohol drinks not included with meals, massage therapy, private horseback riding lessons, room tax, service charge (in lieu of gratuities). 48 hour advance notice is required for this package.

Birthday Celebration Package
Enjoy your special day at Rancho De La Osa by adding our Birthday Celebration package! Toast your Birthday with margaritas or martinis for two in the Cantina, a Birthday Cake for two (white or chocolate) following dinner and a Cowboy or Cowgirl Hat of your choice from our gift shop! Our Birthday Celebration Package also includes a private horseback ride for two with our wrangler or a guided hike for two in the High Sonoran Desert. 48 hour advance notice is required for this package.

A Little Romance Package

Deluxe Romance Package
